I ran my first competition last week and I’m really happy to be able to send a Witch tutu costume kit to Nikki Reynolds.
This is also the first time that I’ve got the kit into my new packaging design, I think it looks great.
I am planning on running a competition each month as well as offering opportunities to become a tester for any new kits and products I develop.
With every competition there will be three ways to enter, on twitter, on facebook and here on the blog. That way no-one gets left out.
When it came to collating all the entrants to pick a winner I was really interested note that half the entrants came from facebook, with the rest split fairly evenly between twitter and the blog.
In wondering why, I think that perhaps facebook is the best of both worlds; it has the instant impact and interaction of twitter, but with the ability to say more and use pictures for visual impact that a blog has.
It will be interesting to see if this stays true into the future too.
In the meantime congratulations to Nikki and I hope whoever the little witch is that you have a great time making and playing in your tutu.
