I’m really excited to be moving the Critters into their new home.
The shop opens on 20th May and until then I’m busy working behind the scenes to make sure that everything works properly as well as trying to get the word out about the move.
I’m also still sewing orders and developing new Critters. This week I made Hebe Horse for a friend’s little girl for her birthday.
I loved making this new Critter, though the first attempt had a too square snout and looked rather more like an Ayrshire Terrier than a horse. It all turned out well in the end and Hebe is made out of a t-shirt, a pinafore dress and a little leather slipper that makes up the diamond on the horse’s tummy.

Hebe Horse was also the first Critter to be tagged with my new logo tags. Two thank you’s to say here, first to Suzie and Julian from Another Planet for the design and second to The Diddybear Maker for kindly sharing her ideas for iron on tags with me.
I’ll close this post with a bit thank you to everyone that is supporting me with help, ideas and new challenges.
