How to order
Order using our shop pages, payments are processed by paypal.
All goods are dispatched by first class post within three working days. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.
All goods are handmade and may vary from the product photographs.
In the event of your chosen product being out of stock you will be notified and be able to choose an alternative product up to the same value or a refund.
Returns and refunds
Full refunds are available for goods returned within 14 days of buyer receipt of them.
Goods must be returned with the original packaging.
Unused faulty or incomplete goods may be returned for refund at any time, please include an explanatory note.
I am sorry that I cannot cover the cost of returns if you change your mind, but the cost of returns for faulty or incomplete goods will be refunded.
Postage for substitute goods will be borne by me.
